Montana-licensed Mental Health and medical care from the comfort of your home.
Schedule Your VisitBetween state government work, Carroll College, and long Montana winters, Helena residents juggle a lot — and finding a psychiatric provider with real openings isn't always easy. Tiffany typically offers same-day or next-day telehealth visits.
Licensed in Montana with more than 30 years of psychiatric experience, Tiffany treats ADD/ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, smoking cessation and addictions, so you can address your mental health without taking time off to drive across town.
We diagnose and manage chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, hormonal imbalances (including menopausal therapy and low testosterone), erectile issues, PCOS and thyroid conditions.
We also treat acute concerns — the flu, rashes, urinary tract infections, sexually transmitted infections, eye problems, and the sprains and injuries that come from hiking the trails on Mount Helena or in the surrounding Helena-Lewis and Clark National Forest.
Labs can be ordered through St. Peter's Health or another Helena-area facility, with results reviewed remotely and specialty referrals sent when needed.
Tiffany has helped patients succeed with GLP-1 medications and can build a plan around your goals, too. Our individualized weight management programs are delivered entirely by telehealth, combining Semaglutide or Tirzepatide therapy with coaching and nutritional guidance. Working with local compounding pharmacies keeps these medications accessible for non-diabetic patients and more affordable than many expect.
